Return and Exchange Policy
- Our return/exchange policy is for up to 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Please contact us BEFORE your purchase is sent back (via email/phone). One of our customer service agents will reply with the address and instructions to return or exchange your purchase.
- Exchanges or refunds are given on strictly un-used, un-damaged merchandise that arrives back to us in the condition that it was when it was sent out.
- On Returns/Exchanges, Buyer is responsible for the shipping costs to send the item(s) back, unless an error was made on the part of The Italian American Connection or the item received was defective.
- Worn or Washed Merchandise will not be refunded or exchanged.
- An order can be exchanged for size and/or color one time.
- Type of Garment, Colors and Sizes are clearly stated on all merchandise. If you have a question about ANYTHING, please contact us at 773-276-7754 before purchasing.
- The Italian American Connection reserves the right to charge a 10% re-stocking fee.
- Shipping costs will not be refunded.
