The Italian American Connection Return/Exchange Policy

• Our return/exchange policy is for up to 14 days from the date of purchase.
• Please contact us BEFORE your purchase is sent back (via email/phone). One of our customer service agents will reply with the address and instructions to return or exchange your purchase.
• Exchanges or refunds are given on strictly un-used, un-damaged merchandise that arrives back to us in the condition that it was when it was sent out.
• On Returns/Exchanges, Buyer is responsible for the shipping costs to send the item(s) back, unless an error was made on the part of The Italian American Connection or the item received was defective.
• Worn or Washed Merchandise will not be refunded or exchanged.
• An order can be exchanged for size and/or color one time.
